Enjoy fresh yellowtail shabu-shabu! The savory flavor is concentrated in every bite, making it an exquisite dish.*Once the yellowtail (buri) is sold out, it will be replaced with amberjack (hamachi). This is a great value course that allows you to enjoy Hiroshima's specialties as well, killing two birds with one stone.We offer a wide selection of drinks, including draft beer (Kirin Lager), sake (10 varieties of local sake), cocktails, shochu, and more, as well as an all-you-can-drink menu.

Please enjoy it with our special broth, infused with the delicious flavor of fresh fish.
You get 10 pieces of yellowtail per person!!
Once the yellowtail (buri) is sold out, we will switch to yellowtail (hamachi) shabu-shabu.
